Dearest Bossy,
I sent you a cable today informing you that I have a flat. It is a furnished three roomed flat in a nice place with nice furniture and a garden, rather neglected. It is 5 pounds a week and quite a find. I have also a promise of a job at the BBC, and you must do your uttermost to come as soon as you can make it. I am sure that you have made all the arrangements for an exit visa and for a ticket, since I wrote to you some time ago to do that. In your letter of 8th you did not mention anything about that and I had to cable you to get going.
The flat is ready as from Sunday and I shall be mad if you don’t do your very best to come as soon as you can possibly come. Now that everything is ready I have absolutely no patience. The flat is in Wembley Park, but if you don’t like it we can always look for some other place. I wrote to Mordi about the dresses. I hope you will be getting them before you leave. Did you get the Cow & Gate milk for the baby? I do hope you will find here everything to your liking and leave there everything in a fine shape. Loving you all and expecting you.
Yours Der Boss.
