Are these ladies Hilda, Phyllis and Eileen nee Elsaesser

This photo was in Lore's family album, but was unlabelled. I suspect that these ladies are Adolf Elsaesser's (Lore Confino's Mother's Mother's Brother) children, but I have no adult photos of them. Can anyone confirm this, or have any other ideas?
